Join us on Sunday, October 23rd at Boulders Stadium for a fun-filled day for a great cause! There's something for everyone with fully supported Cycling Routes, a 5K Run/Walk, and the FIT4MOMRockland Kids Fun Run!

Proceeds from Rides & Strides will ensure that those who are underinsured, uninsured and medically underserved receive the screening services they need on an annual basis.

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Thursday, October, 20th. Register Online by October 20th and pay just $25 to register for the 5K and $75 for Cycling.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION at the event will be limited and fees are $40 for the 5K and $100 for Cycling.
