An Email from the incoming Superintendent for CCSD.

First and foremost, it is important to offer a brief introduction, as well as express my gratitude and excitement for joining this amazing community. As you may already know from the district’s announcement, I am an experienced educator, with over 24 years in public education. I have served as a superintendent of schools for the past five years and prior to that, I served as a social studies/law teacher, assistant principal and middle/high school principal. 

The purpose of this letter is to invite you to an introductory “Coffee & Conversation”:

Time: 7:00PM 

Location: Felix Festa Middle School Auditorium

Over the next few months, I hope to meet as many families as possible. My commitment is to be a visible superintendent who enjoys communicating with students, staff, parents and community members. The purpose of the Coffee & Conversation is to engage in a dialog that will be valuable in our future work together. This will be the first in a series throughout the upcoming school year. These are informal conversations and it is my goal to hear more about topics that you would like to discuss.

I value these opportunities to partner and collaborate as a community regarding our work together. I hope you are able to join the conversation; however, if you are unable, we will also be recording the meeting so you may view it at your convenience.
